Course Details
MBBS is an undergraduate professional degree in medicine. This is a specialization degree in medicine. NEET (MBBS entrance exam) is one the toughest exam conducted in India which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The entrance exam for MBBS is conducted once in a year in May to June month.
Duration of Course
MBBS is 5 years and 6 months undergraduate professional degree in medicine which is divided into two parts. First, 4 years and 6 months of core study and 1 year’s internship in the medical field.
Core study of 4 years and 6 months is divided into 9 semesters in which student study Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, Anatomy, Pathology, Physiology, Surgery etc.
Eligibility
The candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board with the subject, Science i.e. Physics Chemistry, Biology.
The minimum percentage in 10+2 should be 50% for general and 45% for SC/ST/OBC
At the time of application, the age of the candidate should be between 17 to 25. However, SC/ST/OBC candidate gets 5 years of relaxation.
